Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only (50 states + DC + APO/FPO).
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $35.
- Orders under $35: flat-rate $5.99 standard shipping.
- Express options available at checkout, rates calculated by carrier.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time
Standard delivery: 3-8 business days after shipping, depending on destination.
Tracking
Every shipped order gets a tracking number via email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at support@sloaneandcharlies.com.
International shipping
Not available at this time. Sign up for our newsletter and we'll let you know when we add international.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows delivered but you didn't get it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, email us. Damaged items: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
