How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3-8 business days after shipping. Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping free?

US orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 ship at a flat $5.99. Express options are available at checkout.

What's the return policy?

30 days from delivery on eligible items. Email support@sloaneandcharlies.com with the order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days. Items must be unused and in original condition; full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay one-tap checkout is supported across the catalog.

Does Sloane and Charlie's ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only (50 states + DC + APO/FPO). Join the newsletter and we'll let you know the moment international opens up.

How do I get in touch?

How do you choose what to sell?

Everything here is hand-picked — we don't carry anything we haven't tried. If a piece doesn't earn its place, it doesn't make the shop. Small catalog, high bar, on purpose.
