Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-8 business days after shipping. US orders over $35 ship free; orders under $35 ship at a flat $5.99. We currently ship within the United States only (50 states + DC + APO/FPO) — international is coming. Every order gets a tracking number by email. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Some items are final sale — including opened beauty products and worn intimates, for hygiene reasons — and are marked on the product page. To start a return, email support@sloaneandcharlies.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days. If an item arrives damaged or defective, include a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no charge. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. We'll email you confirmation when the refund is issued.
