Shipping

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. US delivery is typically 5-10 business days depending on the carrier and your location. We don't ship internationally yet — coming soon.

Returns

Some items are returnable, some aren't (especially custom-printed and personal-care items). Each product page lists its return eligibility. To request a return, email support@sloaneandcharlies.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo if the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. We'll email you confirmation when the refund hits.
